Trainee Hotel Specialist 2022

A boutique hotel in Berlin’s true centre! Where the geographical centre of the capital is located – in the middle of Kreuzberg, nestled in a green idyll is Hotel the YARD.

The 4-star hotel opened in June 2017 and has since been operated by the RIMC Hotels & Resorts Group from Hamburg. The 7-storey new hotel building in modern, minimalist design comprises 55 rooms, a bistro with 50 seats, wellness facilities and an underground car park.

We are looking for committed trainees who would like to start their career in the hotel industry in a young team with flat hierarchies. As a hotel specialist, you will learn a variety of tasks without which no hotel in this world could function. During your training, you will be employed in almost all areas of our hotel. You will work at the reception, in housekeeping, in service and get to know the attentive care of our guests.

You have the ability to work in a team and a passion for our profession, enthusiasm for the world of the hotel business and your own desire to acquire basic professional skills. You have a very good command of German and English and at least a secondary school leaving certificate.
