Front office
Do you want to be our first impression? Do you immediately make every guest feel welcome and well received? You have an open ear for all questions and wishes of our guests and remain calm even during group arrivals? If you have a professional, likeable composure as well as a positive charisma and like to be in the center of the action, then you are just right for our front office.
Your tasks
→ Check-in and check-out as well as support of our national and international guests.
→ Safe use of the hotel software program
→ General concierge activities such as cash management, accounting, and more.
→ Preparation and handling of group arrivals and departures.
→ Serving the guests
→ Preparation of small dishes and drinks

You inspire us as a team player and with the following qualifications:
→ Ideally a completed training in the hotel industry
→ You are flexible, team player and committed
→ You are proficient in written and spoken English
→ Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and gladly a hotel program
