A boutique hotel in Berlin's true center! Where the geographical center of the capital is located - in the middle of Kreuzberg, nestled in a green idyll is the Hotel the YARD.
The inspiration for a green courtyard in the heart of a major metropolis came from Italy and this vision came true at the YARD. With the world's most famous garden architect Enzo Enea, a green retreat was created, an oasis in the middle of a central location.

The Italian metropolis of Milan is known for noble design and fashion, numerous art treasures as well as unique, architectural buildings such as the world-famous Gothic cathedral. It was there that architect Peter Külby lingered one summer's day as he strolled through the city and discovered a green courtyard in a small side street, the famous Via Montenapoleone, between two fronts of houses. This appeared like an idyllic oasis - a refuge in the middle of the big city. This sight inspired him to the idea of a hotel as well as a residential building, which should connect both building complexes by a green garden and be a retreat for both parties in the midst of the city bustle.
This vision is now a reality.
The result is a hotel with 55 rooms in a modern, minimalist design and high-quality interior. The gastronomic offer includes a restaurant with 51 seats, a cozy lounge bar area for nice afternoon and evening hours and a garden room.
The high-quality garden "The Yard", designed by the famous Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea, is a light-flooded work of art in a class of its own. These impressions are reflected in the rooms on all seven floors and give the room climate a calm and warm ambience. Your personal highlight of the Lifestyle Boutique Hotel will be the small, fine wellness area with a spacious indoor pool, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath as well as a fitness area with direct access to the beautiful hotel garden.
