JEWISH MUSEUM WITH NEW PERMANENT EXHIBITION

Glamorous variety theaters, dance halls and silent movies - the Berlin of the 20s still serves for glamorous entertainment in the capital today.
In Berlin of the 20s, people know how to live dissolutely - revue theaters, cabarets and dance clubs where people exuberantly swing dance in sequined, glamorous outfits. No wonder that the Golden Twenties are kept alive in the Spree metropolis with numerous events. The elegant salons and cafés still exude an eccentric flair, complete with feather boas, garter belts and cigarette holders. In Berlin's vintage stores you can get the matching clothes.

If you want to make a grand entrance but don't need the outfit afterwards, several costume rental shops also have a wide selection of glamorous dresses on offer. The Berlin Fashion Institute in Friedrichshain also offers its 20s dresses for rent, as does Bonnie and Dress in Kreuzberg.
